I loved the hotel. The staff was fairly friendly, the room was amazing and perfect. The location was amazing, not very far from old town. It was a relaxing area, a nice place for me.

The Owl in North Yorkshire is nestled in a beautiful valley, providing a stunning backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The shower in the room was excellent, and the warm bathroom added to the overall comfort. Furthermore, the area manager swiftly resolved our refund issue, demonstrating great efficiency and attentiveness.

Although the room was small and lacked storage, the comfortable bed made up for it. The TV was not functioning, but given the picturesque surroundings, it was not a major setback.
